Three sets of books, one afternoon

Client one: tidy Xero, three feeds, forty minutes end to end. Client two: a shoebox year. even’s capture queue chewed through it while we made tea. Client three: the fun one, multi-entity with a shared card. That took the actual afternoon.

The diary’s honest lesson: migration effort tracks mess, not size. And the mess only has to be paid down once.
